Our Virtual Strength Classes are much like our Indoor Strength Classes in the way that we target specific muscle groups in each class. We also have our Virtual HIIT Classes that mirror our Outdoor Cardio Con and Met Con Classes. For our Virtual Strength Classes it begins with a warmup based on the type of class. Once the warm up is completed it is time to start the main lift. Class continues after the lift with accessory work that caters to these specific muscle groups. Our HIIT Classes also start with a warm up, then followed by Tabata and Cardio sections. Met Con Includes a Strength section as well that targets both Upper and Lower Body muscle groups. Our Virtual Classes are ran via zoom where our coaches can motivate you, check your form, and provide modifications.
