ABOUT TROOPER Karl

Karl has always been an active and competitive person. Fitness for Karl started in the park where he would do calisthenics (push ups, pull ups, and squats) everyday along with other body weight exercises, challenging himself even further he decided to do Competitive bodybuilding where he became a Pro and attend college where he can gain a degree in Exercise Science to become a great trainer/coach.  Karls passion lies in  helping people challenge themselves into doing things they never thought they could do, therefore becoming stronger mentally & physically in every aspect. It starts with just one workout with him.
