ABOUT TROOPER Rachel
Rachel grew up in Annapolis, Maryland, trying every sport her older sister signed up for—eventually discovering her strengths in swimming and running. She competed in both through high school and went on to swim at Georgetown University.
After college, she moved to NYC to begin her corporate career. Missing the structure and challenge of training, she joined a triathlon team, reigniting her competitive spirit. Since then, she’s completed a full Ironman, multiple half Ironman 70.3 races, and several marathons.
Through endurance sports, Rachel developed a deep appreciation for strength training—not just for injury prevention, but for managing stress and supporting overall health. She’s passionate about helping others build strength and confidence through fitness.
