ABOUT TROOPER MATT
Matthew Matheson is a NASM (Kilo Strength) Certified Personal Trainer and Professional Body Builder (WNBF), who also holds a bachelors degree in Sociology. An emerging force in the Health & Wellness industry, Matthew discovered his passion for fitness at the age of 15 years old, serving as an outlet for self acceptance, self -love and self-discipline. WHAT 3 EXERCISES WOULD TROOPER MATT DO FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE?
I would do Barbell squats, Barbell Bench Press, and Deadlifts for the rest of my life, because they are 3 primary movements that will get you strong fast while building quality muscle.
